"I've been a State Farm customer for 40 years (house/cars/boats). I have never had to use my Homeowner insurance over these 40 years. Recently, my roof was a total loss due to a hail storm. Ed and his team (primarily Sara) led me through the process and were always working with me to get the best outcome for both parties. I really can't say enough good things about how Sara took the lead inside SF when additional information was needed, or when I needed an advocate inside SF. From time to time I have looked at other insurance companies....this recent claim made it clear that the agent (Ed and his team) are why I plan to stay with SF."
